With a playoff win on the line, St. Pius X rose to the challenge on Saturday. They blew past the West Plains Zizzers 3-0. The victory was familiar territory for the Lancers, who have now won five matches in a row.

Harper Gass was the offensive standout of the contest as she had ten digs and two aces. What's more, she posted five assists, the most she's had since back in September.

St. Pius X's record is now 25-5. As for West Plains, their defeat ended an 11-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 27-7-3.

Coming up, St. Pius X will square off against Webb City on Wednesday. West Plains does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
