Basketball Recap: Holy Spirit Prep Takes a Loss

Holy Spirit Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They were beaten by the Heritage Preparatory Rams 62-24. The Cougars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rams apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

Holy Spirit Prep's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Heritage Preparatory, the win got them back to even at 7-7.

While Holy Spirit Prep had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
