Soccer Game Preview: Berean Christian vs. Kelseyville

The Berean Christian Eagles will take on the Kelseyville Knights at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Berean Christian's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Berean Christian managed to keep up with Concord until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Berean Christian lost 5-0 to Concord.

Meanwhile, Kelseyville's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of Orland by a score of 2-1. The result was nothing new for the Knights as the team haven't won a game since January 1, 1900.

Their goal came courtesy of Luis Valdovinos, which was the first he's scored this season.

Berean Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Kelseyville, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4-2.
