Winneconne extended their winning streak to nine games thanks to a huge performance from Brody Schaffer. The Wolves took down the Seymour Thunder 29-12 on Friday thanks in part to Schaffer, who rushed for 147 yards and three touchdowns. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in each of the last four games he's played.

Winneconne's record now sits at 9-0. As for Seymour, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 7-2.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Winneconne will square off against North at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Wolves will be up against the Blue Devils' rather soft defense (which has allowed 32.29 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Seymour, they are taking a road trip to face off against Altoona at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Thunder will need to watch out since the Railroaders have now posted at least 31 points in their last five matchups.
