Volleyball Recap: Jupiter Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Jupiter can now relate to. They came up short against the Seminole Ridge Hawks on Thursday, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Warriors in their meetings with the Hawks: they've now lost four in a row.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-18, 25-14.

Marcus Rivera paced Jupiter's offense, picking up five kills. Rivera got some help from Walker Weizer and his ten assists.

Jupiter's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Seminole Ridge, their win was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 22-6.

Jupiter does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Seminole Ridge, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Leonard at 7:00 p.m.
