Basketball Game Preview: Medina Battling Bees vs. Wooster Generals

Having just played yesterday, the Medina Battling Bees will jump right back in to play the Wooster Generals at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, Medina came up short against Strongsville and fell 62-52. The loss was the Battling Bees' first of the season.

Meanwhile, Wooster came up short against Perry on Tuesday, falling 72-48. The loss was the Generals' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Wooster fell to 2-1. As for Medina, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-1.

Medina was able to grind out a solid victory over Wooster in their previous matchup back in February of 2022, winning 80-73. The rematch might be a little tougher for Medina since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
