Softball Recap: Santa Fe Raiders vs. Suwannee Bulldogs
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Santa Fe). Everything went their way against the Suwannee Bulldogs on Tuesday as Santa Fe made off with a 16-1 win. The victory continues a trend for the Raiders in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won five in a row.
Ryleigh Davis looked comfortable as she kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up a single earned run in three consecutive appearances.
At the plate, J'Lyn Guyden was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple. That's the most hits she has posted since back in February. Callie Blair also deserves some recognition as she hit her first triple of the season.
