That's the most RBI Trainor has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Allison Chamness, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with one run and one RBI.
Meanwhile, Carbondale might've scored the first runs on Thursday, but it was Murphysboro who claimed the real prize. The Terriers took a 10-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Red Devils. The Terriers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Monday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Goreville hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .322. However, it's not like Carbondale struggles in that department as they've averaged .312. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
