Volleyball Recap: Clear Creek Now 10-3 over Last 13 Games

Clear Creek won the last time they faced Brazoswood and things went their way on Friday too. The Wildcats were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Buccaneers.

Clear Creek's got stronger as the match went on, holding Brazoswood to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-18, 25-10.

Clear Creek's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Elissa James, who had 17 digs and two aces. James has been hot for a while, having posted 12 or more digs the last 15 times she's played.

Clear Creek has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 13 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 23-18 record this season. As for Brazoswood, they dropped their record down to 8-29 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road.
