Baseball Recap: Roseville Comes Up Short

Roseville managed to slip by Marine City the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Panthers lost 12-4 to the Mariners on Monday. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mariners apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for Roseville and nudges their season record down to 7-12. As for Marine City, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 14-8.

While Roseville had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
