It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Joshua Christian ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Cristo Rey Fort Worth Lions, sneaking past 58-55. The victory was nothing new for the Knights as they're now sitting on three straight.

Joshua Christian found their leader in freshman Tristan Millspaugh, who posted 23 points. Caleb Busick was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Joshua Christian's win bumped their record up to 3-9. As for Cristo Rey Fort Worth, their loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-8.

Joshua Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cristo Rey Fort Worth, they will be playing at home against Community Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Community Christian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
