Baseball Recap: McConnellsburg Comes Up Short

McConnellsburg suffered their biggest loss since May 7, 2024 on Tuesday. They lost 11-1 to the Southern Fulton Indians. The Spartans have struggled against the Indians recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

McConnellsburg saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kohen Hall, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double.

McConnellsburg's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Southern Fulton, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 10-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. McConnellsburg will venture away from home to face off against Shanksville Stonycreek at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Southern Fulton, they will head out to challenge North Star at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
