Minisink Valley is still winless after their contest against Goshen Central on Monday, but the team can take solace in the fact it was the closest they've come to winning. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 58-55 heartbreaker at the hands of the Goshen Central Gladiators. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Warriors have suffered since February 7, 2024.

Minisink Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Goshen Central, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Minisink Valley will square off against Cornwall Central at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Minisink Valley's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three games. As for Goshen Central, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Pine Bush at 6:00 p.m.
