North Thurston waltzed into their game on Wednesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They blew past the Lakes Lancers 11-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 26-3 on Tuesday.

North Thurston's victory bumped their record up to 11-5-1. As for Lakes, they dropped their record down to 1-14 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Thurston will square off against Silas at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Silas' pitching crew has only allowed 3.5 runs per game this season, so North Thurston's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Lakes, they will face off against Washington at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
