After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Life Prep, St. Mary's Academy was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They secured a 45-40 W over Manhattan HomeSchool CHIEF. The Crusaders' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

With the victory, St. Mary's Academy broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-4. As for Manhattan HomeSchool CHIEF, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

St. Mary's Academy won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Christ Prep Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Manhattan HomeSchool CHIEF, they will be home for the holidays to greet Reno County HomeSchool on Saturday.
