Volleyball Recap: Ponderosa Comes Up Short

Ponderosa was the 3-0 winner over West Campus when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Ponderosa fell just short of West Campus by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Bruins just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Ponderosa's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for West Campus, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-13 record this season.

Ponderosa will look to defend their home court on Monday against Inderkum at 6:30 p.m. Ponderosa is facing Inderkum at the right time seeing as Inderkum is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for West Campus, they will square off against Lodi at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Lodi will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something West Campus surely won't give up without a fight.
