Softball Recap: Petoskey Comes Up Short

Petoskey fell victim to Traverse City Central and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Trojans, falling 13-0. Surprisingly, this marked the fifth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor in this series.

Petoskey's loss dropped their record down to 14-6. As for Traverse City Central, the victory (which was their 15th in a row) raised their record to 24-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Petoskey will host Alpena at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Traverse City Central, they will welcome Elk Rapids at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
