Basketball Recap: Lennox Piles Up the Points Against Baltic

Lennox won the last time they faced Baltic and things went their way on Thursday too. The Lennox Orioles simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Baltic Bulldogs 65-28. Given the Orioles' advantage in MaxPreps' South Dakota basketball rankings (they are ranked 24th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 109th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lennox is also on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.4 points per game. As for Baltic, they dropped their record down to 4-13 with the defeat, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Lennox has already played their next matchup (against Clark/Willow Lake), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Baltic has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Elkton/Lake Benton.
