Softball Recap: Pelham Victorious

Pelham's game on Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They put the hurt on the Plymouth Bobcats with a sharp 7-1 victory. The Pythons haven't had any issues with the Bobcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Pelham saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aubrin Berger, who went 3-for-5 with five RBI. Evelyn Smith also deserves some recognition as she got her first hit of the season.

Pelham's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Plymouth, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Pelham didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 17-6 win against Hollis-Brookline on the 23rd. Plymouth has also already played their next game (against Stark), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
