Basketball Recap: Clinton Dark Horses vs. Wallace-Rose Hill Bulldogs
Clinton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 60-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wallace-Rose Hill Bulldogs. If the Dark Horses were looking for revenge after losing 62-44 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Despite the loss, Clinton still got an impressive performance from Henry Bass, who went 9 for 15 on his way to 19 points and seven rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Bass a new career-high in blocks (two). Another player making a difference was Taylen Moore, who posted nine points and five boards.
Clinton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Wallace-Rose Hill, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.
