Football Recap: Trinity Valley Trojans vs. Greenhill Hornets
Trinity Valley was the 47-3 winner over Greenhill when they last played one another back in October of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Trinity Valley Trojans fell 38-26 to the Greenhill Hornets on Friday. While the Trojans had to settle for second, they closed the game well in the third quarter, where they outscored the Hornets 14-8.

Greenhill had a senior duo take command as William Black threw for 276 yards and two touchdowns and Bryson Watt picked up 178 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Those 178 receiving yards set a new season-high mark for Watt.
Trinity Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Greenhill, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-3.
Trinity Valley wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 40-7 win against Cistercian on the 25th. Greenhill has also already played their next game, a 15-12 loss against Houston Christian on the 25th.
