Volleyball Game Preview: Tehachapi Warriors vs. West Vikings + How To Watch

The Tehachapi Warriors will head out to challenge the West Vikings at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.

On Wednesday, Tehachapi didn't have quite enough to beat North and fell 3-2. While the Warriors didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Stars 25-11 in the first set.

Tehachapi started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 11-25, 17-25, 25-21, 25-18, 15-8.

Meanwhile, West came tearing into Wednesday's contest with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Trojans.

West not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Foothill between 15 and 16 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-16, 25-15.

West's win bumped their record up to 13-7-1. As for Tehachapi, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season.

Tehachapi couldn't quite get it done against West when the teams last played on September 6th as they fell 2-0. Can the Warriors avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
