Volleyball Recap: Rutherford Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Rutherford, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They came out on top against Covenant Christian by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. The Rams have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Covenant Christian, too.

Rutherford had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 15-25, 25-18, 25-20, 25-16.

Rutherford's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-10. As for Covenant Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-9.

As of now, neither Rutherford nor Covenant Christian have any future games scheduled.
