Basketball Recap: Mid-Missouri Homeschool's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

Mid-Missouri HomeSchool had lost four straight headed into Thursday's contest, but Rachel Robinson didn't let it get to five. The Mid-Missouri HomeSchool Mavericks walked away with a 54-47 win over the New Way Christian Academy Eagles on Thursday which was due in part to Robinson, who went 10-for-17 to rack up 22 points and three steals. What's more, she also posted a 59% field goal percentage, which is the highest she's achieved since back in January of 2024.

Another player making a difference was Cadence Keeney, who posted four points in addition to seven assists and four steals. She has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last seven times she's played.

Mid-Missouri HomeSchool's victory bumped their record up to 12-24. As for New Way Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.

Mid-Missouri HomeSchool didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 52-45 win against Little Rock HomeSchool on the 14th. New Way Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
