Soccer Recap: Field vs. Cloverleaf
After flying high against Springfield last Thursday, Field came back down to earth. The Field Falcons fell 2-0 to the Cloverleaf Colts on Thursday. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Colts apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September.
Field's defeat dropped their record down to 13-2-1. As for Cloverleaf, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-1-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Field will square off against Perry at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Field will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak alive. As for Cloverleaf, they will welcome Tallmadge at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
