Softball Recap: St. Frederick Takes a Loss

St. Frederick and Riverside Academy squared off in some playoff action on Sunday, but St. Frederick had to settle for second. They came up short against the Rebels, falling 11-1. The Warriors have struggled against the Rebels recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

St. Frederick saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sophie Domonkos, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

St. Frederick's defeat dropped their record down to 22-15. As for Riverside Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-10 record this season.

As of now, neither St. Frederick nor Riverside Academy have any future games scheduled.
