Volleyball Game Preview: Bayonne Bees vs. Harrison Blue Tide

The Bayonne Bees will square off against the Harrison Blue Tide at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

Bayonne is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering North Bergen just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Wednesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bruins. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Bees were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, Harrison waltzed into their game on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Vikings.

While Harrison won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 26-24.

Harrison's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Bayonne, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 3-2.
