Softball Recap: Bonney Lake Panthers vs. Liberty Patriots
Bonney Lake put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They skirted past the Liberty Patriots 13-12.
Jess Eaton was incredible, going 4-for-5 with a home run, four RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Lauryn Lee, who scored two runs while going 3-for-5.
On Liberty's side, Abby Gallas made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with a home run, three RBI, and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaila Siu, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of her five plate appearances.
Bonney Lake's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-0. As for Liberty, they now have a losing record at 8-9.
