Volleyball Recap: Lewis Mills Spartans vs. Southington Blue Knights
Lewis Mills was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 28th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Southington Blue Knights. If the Spartans were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Blue Knights when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.
While Lewis Mills was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Southington's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-13, 25-15.
