Basketball Recap: Information Tech Skates Past Middle College with Ease

Information Tech won the last time they faced Middle College and things went their way on Monday too. Information Tech claimed a resounding 49-22 win over the Middle College Panthers. Information Tech has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Information Tech's victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-6. As for Middle College, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-7.

Information Tech has already played their next contest (against Energy Tech), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Middle College will welcome Townsend Harris at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Townsend Harris knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight games -- so hopefully Middle College likes a good challenge.
