OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - the Chargers scored 21 points in the third quarter to secure a big 35-13 victory over
Pauls Valley (Okla.) on Saturday.
Heritage Hall rushed for three touchdowns on the ground during the quarter, including two by
Conner McGinnis.
After taking the lead on a touchdown run by McGinnis in the first quarter, HH led 14-13 at the half.
The Oklahoma City school expanded its lead to 22 points entering the fourth quarter. The Chargers scored three times in the third, including once on a touchdown run by McGinnis.
McGinnis played well for Heritage Hall in the victory. The sophomore quarterback ran for three touchdowns. He has now scored five touchdowns on the season.
The Panthers'
Austin Foxworth played well. The junior wide receiver caught one touchdown.
HH came into the game allowing 11.4 points per game. Pauls Valley's 13 points were right around its season average of 13.1 per game.
