Basketball Recap: Wright Takes a Loss

Wright was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 61-49 to the Ridge Point Panthers.

Wright's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Ridge Point, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-7.

Coming up, Wright is taking a road trip to face off against New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ridge Point, they will take on Fort Bend Bush at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers will be up against the Broncos' rather soft defense (which has allowed 52.79 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
