Yukon proved they can win big last Thursday (they won by 12) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Mustang Broncos 3-2. While the Millers didn't have the best season last year (they finished 14-26), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Yukon is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.4 runs over those games. Mustang's loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 5-6.

Yukon will have a chance to go back-to-back against Mustang: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
