Baseball Recap: Orangewood Christian Falls Short of Mount Dora Christian Academy in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Orangewood Christian can now relate to. They fell just short of the Mount Dora Christian Academy Bulldogs by a score of 4-2 on Monday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Rams have suffered since February 26th.

Orangewood Christian got a good showing from Rhys Oldham, who pitched 3.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. Oldham has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in 16 consecutive appearances.
