Laurel Highlands won the last time they faced Ligonier Valley and Jude Packrone did his part to make sure it happened again. The Mustangs had just enough and edged out the Rams 74-72 with plenty of help from Packrone, who posted 28 points. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

The victory made it two in a row for Laurel Highlands and bumps their season record up to 3-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.5 points over those games. As for Ligonier Valley, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Coming up, Laurel Highlands will venture away from home to square off against Waynesburg Central at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ligonier Valley, they will take on McGuffey at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
