Basketball Recap: Olympia Picks Up Fifth Straight Win at Home

There's no place like home for Olympia, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 54-39 victory over the Timberline Blazers on Saturday. The Bears have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Blazers, too.

Timberline's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Damari Evans, who posted eight points and five assists. The dominant performance gave Evans a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Kenyon Simmons, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds.
