Softball Recap: Duarte Falcons vs. Azusa Aztecs

While Duarte put up plenty of runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Azusa. Duarte was the clear victor by a 13-0 margin over Azusa. The Falcons have beaten the Aztecs the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Aztecs has come to flipping the script.

Alyssa Garcia made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over five innings pitched. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.
