Soccer Recap: Mounds View Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Mounds View, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Centennial Cougars on Saturday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Mounds View also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2015.

The victory got Mounds View back to even at 3-3-2. As for Centennial, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-4.

Looking ahead, Mounds View will welcome Roseville at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Centennial, they will head out to challenge Osseo at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
