Baseball Recap: Memphis Central Has No Trouble Against Raleigh-Egypt

While Memphis Central put up plenty of runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Raleigh-Egypt. Everything went the Memphis Central Warriors' way against the Raleigh-Egypt Pharaohs as the Memphis Central Warriors made off with a 15-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Warriors also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2024.

Beiker Leon was a standout: he scored three runs and stole Four bases. while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Malachai Adams was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing Three bases. while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

The win made it two in a row for Memphis Central and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Memphis Central will head out to face off against Melrose at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday. As for Raleigh-Egypt, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season: they will challenge Trezevant at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
