Football Recap: Cave City Find Success

The Cave City Cavemen earned a 54-42 win over the South Side Hornet on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cavemen.

Cave City now has a winning record of 2-1. As for South Side, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cave City will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Southside at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. As for South Side, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Woodlawn at 7:00 p.m.
