Soccer Game Preview: Berkner vs. Dallas Jesuit

Berkner is 0-7 against Dallas Jesuit since February of 2018 but things could change on Tuesday. The Berkner Rams will look to defend their home pitch against the Dallas Jesuit Rangers at 7:15 p.m.

Berkner is headed into Tuesday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Friday. They lost 4-0 to Irving. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 280th, while the Tigers are ranked 60th).

Meanwhile, Dallas Jesuit waltzed into their game on Friday with ten straight wins... but they left with 11. Their defense stepped up to hand the Eagles a 3-0 shutout. Considering the Rangers have won six matchups by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Dallas Jesuit's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those six contests. As for Berkner, they now have a losing record of 6-7.
