Volleyball Recap: Payette Takes a Loss

Payette lost against Cole Valley Christian back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Pirates lost 3-0 to the Chargers.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-11, 25-9.

Payette's defeat dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Cole Valley Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Payette will challenge rival Homedale at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Cole Valley Christian is set to square off against their familiar foe McCall-Donnelly at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
