The Lumberton Raiders are taking a road trip to face off against the Palestine Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lumberton is coming into the match hot, having won their last eight games.
Last Thursday, Lumberton made easy work of Spring Woods and carried off a 3-0 win.
Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Palestine faced off against Bullard on Tuesday. Palestine came up short against Bullard, falling 3-0. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Palestine was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Bullard work for it, especially in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-20, 27-25.
Lumberton has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 36-5 record this season. As for Palestine, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-15.
