Waterloo waltzed into their contest on Saturday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came out on top against the Poynette Pumas by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 last Saturday.

Lilli Lauersdorf paced Waterloo's offense, picking up nine kills. Lauersdorf got some help from Mya Novak and her 13 assists. Paytn Hauptli controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Waterloo's victory bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Poynette, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 13 of their last 15 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-16 record this season.

Waterloo has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Nekoosa on the 20th. As for Poynette, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Riverdale on the 20th.
