It was a good run, but Fort Kent unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Monday. They lost 20-5 to the Caribou Vikings. The Warriors were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Vikings earlier this season, when they won 13-2.

Fort Kent's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Caribou, their victory ended a 14-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-11.

Looking ahead, Fort Kent will head out to square off against Southern Aroostook at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Caribou does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
