Armada entered their tilt with North Branch on Tuesday with 11 consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 12. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-2 victory over the Broncos. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Broncos, too.

Armada's win bumped their record up to 23-5. As for North Branch, their loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Armada will welcome Lutheran North at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for North Branch, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Clio at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
