Recap: Polson Pirates vs. Hamilton Broncs
The Polson Pirates lost against the Hamilton Broncs back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Polson fell just short of Hamilton by a score of 52-50. Polson has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Despite the loss, Polson still got an impressive performance from Julia Barnard, who scored 18 points. That's the first time this season that Barnard scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Hinkley Moss, who scored eight points.
Even though they lost, Polson were working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
Polson now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Hamilton, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-5 record this season.
Polson will be playing at home against Browning at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hamilton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
