After low-scoring totals in their previous three match, Massabesic brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Westbrook Blue Blazes a 10-0 shutout on Monday. The Mustangs not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since May 1st (when they won 13-2).

Brady Batson made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Batson was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. That's the most runs he has posted since back in May of 2024.

In other batting news, Noah Bryan was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. He is becoming a predictor of Massabesic's success: when he posts at least two stolen bases the team is undefeated (and 3-8-1 when he doesn't).
