Basketball Recap: Grace Academy Takes a Loss

Grace Academy played a tough contest on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 63-32 loss at the hands of the Heritage Academy Eagles. The Knights haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

When it comes to explaining why Grace Academy lost, don't look at Carson Feeser. Despite the final result, he posted 14 points. That was a full 43.8% of Grace Academy's points, marking the sixth time in a row he's put up more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Landon Downie, who had three points along with ten rebounds and four steals.

Grace Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Heritage Academy, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 17-1.

Grace Academy has already played their next matchup, a 65-37 victory against Faith Christian Academy on the 31st. As for Heritage Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 74-34 win against New Life Christian on the 30th.
