Basketball Recap: Spencer Center Takes a Loss

On Friday, Spencer Center were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 53-48 to Immaculate Conception Academy. Spencer Center has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Spencer Center's defeat dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Immaculate Conception Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Spencer Center will be taking part in a tournament against Middletown Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Immaculate Conception Academy, they will face off against Liberty Bible Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Liberty Bible Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Immaculate Conception Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
